Carnegie Concert
The Country Day School of the Sacred Heart in Bryn Mawr will host a concert
at 8 p.m. Friday, June 3 at Carnegie Hall in New York City. Feature performances
by the Valley Forge Military Academy and College Regimented Choir and
the Young Women’s Choral Society. Dr. William Carr will be guest
pianist. Proceeds will benefit the Multiple Sclerosis Center at Thomas

Margaret Guckin of Bensalem was elected state treasurer of the Catholic
Daughters of the Americas at their 46th biennial convention May 21-25

Polish Festival

Vigils for Life
The Helpers of God’s Precious Infants will conduct vigils for life
at two area parishes. A vigil will be held Saturday, June 4 at Christ
the King Church. Following Mass at 7 a.m., the clergy and congregation
will pray the rosary at a nearby abortion center. A vigil will also be
held June 4 at 8 a.m. at St. Agnes Church, West Chester. Following Mass,
the clergy and congregation will pray the rosary at a nearby abortion
