City Concert
St. John the Evangelist Church in Center City will offer “Godspell,” the Broadway musical, at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 22, 23, 24, and at 2 p.m. Sept. 25. The musical is based on the Gospel according to St. Matthew, and the cast is made up of a professional and diversified troupe of performers. Choir Auditions
The Archdiocesan Boy Choir, the only boy choir dedicated exclusively to singing sacred music, will hold auditions for new members Saturdays, Sept. 17 and 24. Family Mass
Families who have lost babies through miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth or shortly after birth are invited to attend a memorial Mass at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7 at Resurrection of Our Lord Church, Castor and Shelmire Avenues. Following Mass at noon, a procession will progress through the streets in Tacony and Mayfair. ... SS. Cosmas and Damian Parish in Conshohocken has its annual Italian Festival Sept. 23-25. The weekend festival has been a Conshohocken tradition for the past 92 years.

Bishop Joseph P. McFadden will conduct the Helpers of God’s Precious Infants vigil for life Saturday, Sept. 17.
