Prayer: Making contact with God in prayer We’ve all seen them at one time or another — the people who kneel in front of the Blessed Sacrament with their eyes glued to the monstrance, their bodies as still as glass. They seem to be in a trance. We look at them and wonder, “What are they experiencing right now? What is God saying to them? Why doesn’t this ever happen to me?”
