Vigil for Life
Father John R. McFadden will conduct the Helpers of God’s Precious
Infants vigil for life Saturday, March 14, at Presentation B.V.M. Church,
Cheltenham. The rosary will be prayed at 6:30 a.m. at a Tabor Road abortion
site, followed by 8 a.m. Mass at Presentation.
Father Dennis M. Weber will conduct the Helpers of God’s Precious
Infants vigil for life Saturday, March 17, at St. John the Evangelist
Church in Center City. Following Mass at 7 a.m., the clergy and congregation
will pray the rosary at a nearby abortion site and return to St. John’s
for benediction.
A vigil for life will also be held at 6:30 a.m. on March 24 at 8th and
Cherry Streets, Center City, followed by 9 a.m. Mass at the Newman Center,
3720 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia.
Student Leadership
Mount Saint Joseph Academy announces the selection of three students from
the Class of 2009 for the Hugh O’Brian Leadership Program (HOBY).
Christine McBride has been selected as ambassador, and Claire Geruson
and Alexandra McDevitt have been selected as alternates.
Lenten Series
St. Monica Church, Berwyn, continues its Lenten Series at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday,

King Tut Tour
Little Flower Alumnae Association will hold a trip to the Franklin Institute

Weekend Workshop
The Medical Mission Sisters hold their four-part weekend workshop series,

Day of Recollection
Daylesford Abbey Ladies Chapter will host a day of recollection that considers
the lives and writings of Saints Teresa of Avila and Thérèse
of Lisieux from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, March 26, at Daylesford Abbey.

Spirituality Day
Immaculata University’s “Spirituality Under the Dome”
series will hold its first spirituality day from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Saturday, March 17. The day will include prayer, speakers, and a play.

Art League Sale
The 9th annual Art League sale will be held from March 21 to March 25
