2007 Catholic Charities Appeal
Their ‘Nickels’ net $45,000

It was like a pep rally for Catholic Charities.

There were scores of excited students and cheerleaders, two mascots and a band blasting spirited music.

But this pep rally was not centered around competition — just generosity and collaboration for the less fortunate of the Archdiocese.

And, unlike traditional pep rallies, the victory came before the actual rally — in this case, the final “score,” which is still being tallied, has reached $45,000.
