Vigils for Life
• Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, Andorra, will sponsor a Vigil for Life with Eucharistic adoration from 8 a.m. Friday, Jan. 18, through 8 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19. To sign up or for more information, call (215) 483-8204.

• Cardinal Justin Rigali will conduct the Helpers of God’s Precious Infants vigil for life Saturday, Jan. 19. Following Mass at 7 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church in Center City, the Cardinal and other members of the clergy and congregation will pray the rosary at a nearby abortion center and then return to St. John’s Church for Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.

Retreat
The SS. Peter and Paul Group at Malvern Retreat House has openings for its annual retreat on the third weekend of January each year. Concert
The Church of St. Maria Goretti, Runnemede, N.J., will present its annual Christmas Concert at 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13 in the Church. A free-will offering will be accepted and refreshments will follow the concert in the church hall. For more information, contact Martha Bradley at (856) 435-3465.

Class Reunion

Communion Breakfast

Bishop Shanahan High School will hold a 50th anniversary Alumni Family Communion breakfast, beginning with Mass at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 13, at the high school. Workshops
Immaculata University will hold January workshops that include such topics as Self Defense in Modern Society, Information Research Methods, American Philosophy I, Enjoyment of Music, World Cultures, Contemporary Issues in Professional Writing, Interviewing Skills, and Self-Esteem and Achievement. Computer Classes
St. Anne’s Senior Citizen Center will offer beginner computer classes from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, beginning Jan. 22. For more information, call (215) 426-9799.

Courage
Courage is a support group helping Catholic men and women with same-sex attraction to live chastely and to deepen and broaden their Catholic faith. Ex-Inmate Support
Adeodatus, a spiritual support group for ex-inmates, meets at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday evenings at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish School, Philadelphia. To be sure a given Wednesday evening is not a holiday, call (215) 331-3640.
