Parish Dance

Anniversary Celebration

Lenten Day of Prayer

Lenten Mini-Retreat
The St. Anastasia Parish adult formation and education program will sponsor a Lenten mini-retreat, “You Gotta Have Heart,” from 9:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16 in St. Anastasia School. Casino Trip

Vigils for Life
• Augustinian Father Augustine M. Esposito will conduct the Helpers of God’s Precious Infants vigil for life Saturday, Feb. 16. Following Mass at 7 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church in Center City, the clergy and congregation will pray the rosary at a nearby abortion center and return to St. John’s for benediction.

• Father John R. McFadden will conduct a vigil for life Saturday, Feb. 23 at Presentation B.V.M. Church, Cheltenham. The rosary will be prayed at 6:30 a.m. at a Tabor Road abortion center, followed by 8 a.m. Mass at Presentation Church.

Lenten Lecture Series

Prison Art Show
The Prison Art Show is being held through March 20 at the Lincoln Financial Mural Arts Center at the Thomas Eakins House, 1729 Mt. Vernon St., Philadelphia. The show features art work created by men involved in the mural arts program at the State Correctional Institute at Graterford, and exhibits of mural- making from the Philadelphia Prison System, the Youth Study Center and St. Gabriel’s Hall.
