This Secretariat is the administrative unit that oversees all matters pertaining to the delivery of Catholic Human Services within the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. As such the office of the Secretary supervises and directs the programs and operations of Catholic Social Services, Catholic Health Care Services, Nutritional Development Services, and the Office for Community Development.
